WHAT IS RAJREDCO ?

 
 

Established in the year 2002-03, Rajasthan State Real Estate Development Council (Regd.) (RAJREDCO), is the First and the only ISO Certified 9001-2000, apex state level self-regulatory body, affiliated by NAREDCO, to represent all spheres of enterprises, engaged in various aspects of real estate and infrastructure development. These include land development, layouts, planning, construction of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings / complexes, development of townships, provision of urban infrastructure (roads, electricity, agriculture, irrigation, drainage, sewerage, water-supply, public transport, tourism & heritage, telecommunication etc.) and social infrastructure (recreational, educational and medical facilities). The other allied fields includes architecture, town planning supply of building materials, hardware & machineries, finance, insurance, marketing and brokerage and finance in infrastructure, real estate and other allied fields and to have a proper dialogue, between private sector and the State Govt., for solving the practical problems and to make government policies more effective and useful and result oriented.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan is, its Chief Patron & Hon'ble Minister, UDH is its Patron and Secretary, LSG, is the Chairman. While Government of Rajasthan is an Active Participant. Jaipur Development Authority, RSRDCC, RSRTC, RSAMB, RIICO, RFC, RTDC, IGNB, PHED, Rajasthan Housing Board, SBBJ, The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd., HDFC, PNB Housing & Finance Ltd., Raj. State Co-operative Bank Ltd., All Municipal Corporations, Urban Improvement Trusts and Co-operative Banks of the State from the Public Sector and amongst RAJREDCO’s Founder Members.

The Private Sector is represented by captains of the Real Estate & Infrastructure Industry such as The Tradint Corporation of Rajasthan, Trimurty Colonizers & Builders, Spynox Consortium Ltd., H.A.M. Enterprises, Prabhu Dayal Kanojia & Co., Swasti Ply Board Ltd., Rishab Const. Pvt. Ltd., Shyam Kripa Const. Ganga Tower & Retreat Ltd., Baradiya Corporation Ltd., Ravi Agarwal, M/s. Urban Infrastructure Development Housing and other Constructions, has since long been a neglected sector and the formation of RAJREDCO comes, at a time, when it can contribute substantially towards the revival of the economy. Secretary (2002-03) to the Government, Depptt. of UDH, Mr. N.C. Goyal, IAS is the first & Founder president of the Council nominated by the Government of Rajasthan. In addition to representation from JDA, RSRDC, RSRTC, RIICO, RFC, RTDC, IGNB, Rajasthan Housing Board, Rajasthan State Co-Operative Bank, All Municipal Corporations, UIT’s, Distt. CCB’s and Chambers of Commerce, Prominent leaders of this nascent industry are the members of its Governing Council. The Secretary, UDH, Commissioner, JDA, The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd., DLB, The Trading Corp. of Rajasthan, Trimurty Colonizers Ltd. & NAREDCO jointly applied to the Registrar Co-Operatives, for registering RAJREDCO and has, since received its registration certificate bearing no. 1280/Jaipur/032-03 dtd. 24-01-03.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

 
     

·      Rating of member organization and their projects through CRISIL/ICRA in accordance with NAREDCO-NHB guidelines.

·      To implement the code of Ethics for all involved in infrastructure business.

·      To Commission research oriented studies to strengthen existing legislation and initiate new legislation for more effective infrastructure development.

·      Establishment of Data Bank, which will collect and circulate information, on all matters connected with Infrastructure sector.

·      The national headquarters of the council brings out Important and Valuable newsletter of NAREDCO Known as NATIONAL REALTY.

·      To set up a National Institute of Real Estate Development (NIRED) as a Center for Studies, Research and Training/Certification Courses.

·      Has formulated a code of ethics and conduct to be observed by all involved in the real estate & infrastructure development business shall evolve an ombudsman mechanism to investigate any infringements thereof.

·      Promote and Encourage Co-Ordination and Co-Operation among all Enterprises Dealing with Engaged in Various Aspects of Real Estate & Infrastructure Development including Land Development, Layout , Planning, Construction of Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Institutional Buildings/Complexes, Development of Townships, Industrial Growth Centers, Provision of Urban Infrastructure (Roads, Electricity, Drainage, Sewerage, Water Supply, Public Transport, Heritage, Tourism & Telecommunication) and Social Infrastructure (Recreational, Educational and Medical Facilities), Architecture, Town Planning, Supply of Building Materials, Infrastructure, Marketing, Brokerage, Insurance and Finance in Infrastructure, Real Estate and other allied fields.

·      To set up a NABL, Certified State Level Quality Control Laboratory at Jaipur.

·      To organize various workshops and technical seminars related to infrastructure development.
